For Warranty repairs Pro-face America will return repaired units via FedEx Ground at no additional cost to the customer. The customer is responsible for all non-warranty shipping charges and all additional shipping charges for warranty repairs resulting from a request to return by any method other than FedEx Ground.

Terms:
RMA numbers are issued upon reciept of a purchase order, credit card or cash in advance. Credit References are required from customers who have not done business with us in the last twelve months. Purchase Orders are subject to Pro-face Standard Terms and Conditions.

Labor and parts replaced are covered by a 90-day warranty.
