Cause

You tried to use the memory loader created with GP-Pro EX Version 2.10 or earlier for a project file from which the Japanese standard fonts have been removed.

Solution

You can remove the Japanese standard fonts only when you use GP-Pro EX Version 2.20 or later with the GP-3200 or ST3000 series. If you removed the Japanese standard fonts from a file, you need to use the memory loader created with GP-Pro EX Version 2.20 or later.
