Disable the Video Hook Driver settings. The
mouse cursor may not display.
Setup
Right-click the UltraVNC icon in the task tray and select
[Properties]. The
following [Win VNC Current User Properties] dialog box appears.
[Video Hook Driver].
Clear the check box.
On the server computer, select [Screen
Properties], point to [Settings], and click [Screen Color (C)] and
select at least 16-bit color. Other color settings will prevent the
display unit from connecting.
