2.2 Number of Parts and Features You can Set Up on a Screen

You can check the number of parts and addresses set up on a screen from the [Screen] menu's [Screen Information] command.

Restrictions on Number of Parts on a Screen

The total number of parts you can draw on one screen is as follows:

When Display Unit [Model] is AGP-3310T, AGP-3360T, [GP-34** Series], [GP-35** Series], [GP-36** Series], or [GP-37** Series]: Up to 1024

When Display Unit Model is [IPC Series (PC/AT)]: Up to 1280

Other Display Unit Models: Up to 384

Restrictions on number of addresses on one screen

The total number of addresses to read that you can set up on one screen is 1152, excluding the number of D-script addresses to read. However, when the Display Unit Model is [IPC Series(PC/AT)], you can set up to 3000.

You can set up to 1152 addresses for D-script separately. (However, you can read only up to 255 addresses in a single D-script.)

Restriction on the number of individual parts on one screen

The maximum number of individual parts you can set up on a screen is as follows.
This number is for how many parts you can set up on newly created screens without any other settings.

*1 You can display a maximum of three windows on the screen at the same time. For more details about displaying Windows, see the following.

12.9 Displaying Multiple Windows on a Single Screen

*2 You cannot draw a Sampling Data Display and Special Data Display (Show CSV) at the same time. The same applies to drawing a Special Data Display (Show CSV) and a Data Display set up with Allow Input.

*3 Up to three window parts with the [Continuous Read] option (two if using Global Windows) can be placed on a single screen. If three [Continuous Read] windows are placed on a screen, any additional windows will not operate.

*4 When the device monitor screen is displayed, the global window cannot be displayed.

*5 You can view only one [Image Unit] window on the display unit at a time.

*6 The maximum number of D-Scripts depends on the number of addresses on a screen (up to 1152) and the screen data capacity (up to 1 MB).

*7 You can set up to eight [Historical Trend Graph] and [Data Block Display Graph] parts.
However, as for Historical Trend Graphs using Historical Display Data feature, you can display only one on each screen.

*8 When three windows are already displayed (or two when global window is used), you cannot display this associated part.

*9 Up to 384 when your display unit model supports a maximum 384 parts on a screen.
