Please select what you want to print. Follow the steps.

Print multiple topics

The following describes how to set up the header/footer of printed pages.

Do not print headers/footers

Print the current topic

  1. From the table of contents, select the topic to print.

  2. From the toolbar, click [Print].

    The [Print Topics] dialog box appears.

  3. Select the [Print the selected topic] option and click OK.

    The [Print] dialog box appears.

  4. Click [Print].

Print multiple topics

By selecting a book and running the print command, you can print the book and all associated topics at one time.
Select a chapter book to print all the chapter contents.

  • When using the [Help] button in GP-Pro EX dialog boxes or the [F1] key to display help, you cannot print multiple topics at once. However, from the help's [Contents] tab click the topic title to display the topic again, and enable printing multiple pages.

  1. From the contents, select the top book of the group of topics you want to print.

  2. From the toolbar, click [Print].

    The [Print Topics] dialog box appears.

  3. Select the [Print the selected heading and all subtopics] option and click OK.

    The [Print] dialog box appears.

  4. Click [Print].

Do not print headers/footers

To remove headers/footers when printing this document, before printing set up the following in Internet Explorer.

  1. Open Internet Explorer, and from the [File] menu select [Page Setup].

  2. In the [Page Setup] dialog box, delete the text in the [Header] and [Footer] fields, then click [OK].
