The number of PDO that the HTB unit can use is 16
in total. As all the objects cannot be mapped, please map only
required objects to PDO.
-
For HTB and EX module standard outputs, do not
perform write operations from multiple objects.
-
When the analog module is connected to the HTB
and after CANopen communication between the GP and LT unit is
established, error code 155 (Slave Configuration Error) may appear
upon resetting either the GP or LT unit.
-
If the HTB is used, for the recovery feature for
the parameter, the application data is not recovered even if
[Application Only] is selected.
-
With GP-Pro EX V2.5 or later, EDS files for the
HTB are built-in. They do not need to be downloaded from “Otasuke
Pro!” and imported.
-
The maximum number of Analog Input channels is 24
channels. Therefore, when connecting 8 channel modules, up to 3
modules can be connected.
-
When input from modules with the input points
greater than 8 bits, follow one of the methods below.
-
Use 16-bit input (6000) object instead of using
multiple 8-bit input (6000) objects
-
Map multiple 8-bit input (6000) objects to the
same PDO
-
When connecting Analog Output EXM modules to HTB,
make sure to stay within the limit. When exceeding the limit,
out-of-range data may be generated in the margin.
-
When configuring Analog Output Upper or Lower
limit (such as object 2202h, 2203h), configure a range that
includes 0. An error may occur at the start of communication if the
initial Analog Output Upper and Lower Limit range does not include
0.
-
When HTB equipment is Standard Output, it will
not function even if [Restore] is set to [None]. (Reset when
communication cable goes from disconnected ->
restored/connected.)
-
When using analog module connected to HTB, it
will not function even if [Restore] is set to [None]. (All
parameters are restored when communication cable goes from
disconnected -> restored/connected.)
