When using the CF Card or USB Storage device,
please be sure to check the restrictions in the following
section.
5.5.3 Restrictions on
External Storage Usage
-
Screen capture processing time and file size
depends on the image quality and screen size.
File size for a screen quality of 80 will be around 200 KB and the
screen capture will take about 5 to 6 seconds.
-
The screen display (Parts, screen change, etc.)
will not update during a screen capture.
-
The Snapshot
will not occur even when bit 0 of the [Control Address] is turned
on when the [Auto Increment File Number] is set but neither the
[Auto Delete File] nor the [Loop] is used, and the CF Card or USB
storage device have no free space or the largest file number
(65535) exists.
-
If you capture a
screen with the Blink option, the captured image is displayed with
no blink.
-
If you create a file other than capture screen
while a CF Card or USB storage device is attached to the display
unit and when the [Auto Increment File Number] is set, the file
will be overwritten by the next screen capture.
-
Even when you set [Auto File Delete] or [Loop],
the screen cannot be captured if existing files are deleted or
cannot be overwritten. It will cause write errors (for example,
files are open or read-only).
-
When you use [Auto Delete File], it may take
longer time to delete if you have more files. It may take anywhere
from a few seconds to a few minutes since all the files are
deleted.
-
When saving to the FTP Server, the automatic file
number computation function is not available. A folder (\CAPTURE)
will be created in the root directory for logging in. The file name
will be saved as timestamp (year/month/day/hour/minute/second) when
the save operation begins.
-
The FTP Server timeout is 75 seconds. An error
will occur if a connection to the FTP Server does not occur within
the timeout period.
