20.14 Import/Export Alarm
Settings
Alarm data can be imported/exported using a CSV file.
It can be created and edited in spreadsheet software such as
Microsoft Excel.
CSV File Format
In [Alarm], click [Export] to output information on the alarm
settings as a CSV-format file as follows. The image below shows how
the data appears when opened in Microsoft Excel.
-
When you create a new Alarm in CSV file format,
input the items in the following format.
Input the item name even if you do not use it. Do not edit or
delete the exported item name of the CSV File. An error occurs and
you will not be able to import.
-
When importing the alarm settings using the
Text Table, the contents that are already registered in the Text
Table are overwritten.
-
Set importing messages within 100 single-byte
characters for each line and up to 40 lines. Also, you can type up
to 1200 single-byte characters in a message.
-
You can import a CSV file exported from
GP-Pro/PBIII.
In the [Common Settings] menu's [Alarm]
settings, for [Alarm Type] select [Extended] and the number to the
right of the File Version column becomes 1.
