Welcome to Pro-face America's HMI Store!
To Login, remember to click on the Sign In button. If you press the Enter key instead, the login will fail. After 3 unsuccessful tries the entire account will be locked out for all users. You will then need to contact customer care.

This store is for Pro-face America Channel Partners only. If you are a Channel Partner and do not have a user id and password please request one by emailing customercare@profaceamerica.com with NEW STORE USER ID REQUEST in the subject line. Our Customer Service department will update our system and email you your log in information within 24 hours. If you need a quicker response, call our Customer Service department directly at 734-477-0600.

If you are a customer who is interested in Pro-face America products, please visit our Distributor Locator to find a Pro-face Channel Partner in your area who will help determine the right product for your needs.

Important Notice for Pro-face America Partners:

There has been a small amount of people that are not able to access the Pro-face America HMI Store to place orders online. This seems to be an Internet issue that only some computers are having and could be related to a recent 3rd party update on those computers. We are continuing to review, and trouble shoot the situation.

This is causing our Customer Care team to manually enter some orders and will result in a delay in processing and in answering customer email inquiries.

This is NOT an issue for all partners, but if you are having trouble placing your order through the online store, please do the following:

  1. Try hand entering URL https://www.hmisource.com, rather than using your bookmark
  2. Clear your browser’s “Cache”
  3. Try another browser (Switch from IE to Edge (Version 84.0.522.52 or greater), Chrome, or FireFox, or another browser)
  4. Try another device (try using a co-worker’s laptop, or desktop instead)
IF ARE STILL HAVING TROUBLE AFTER TRYING THE ABOVE, you can email a copy of your Purchase Order to purchaseorders@profaceamerica.com, but be sure to include the following to get prompt service:
  1. Put “PURCHASE ORDER” in the subject line.
  2. Include the SPF# (if applicable) on the Purchase Order
