Execute a Self Diagnosis.
First, Go to 3.[Self Diagnosis] in the GP Offline menu
-> 3.[Touch Panel].
Touch the area where the touch isn't working and see if the screen inverts to white in that area.

If it doesn't invert to white Self Diagnosis is not possible. |

| If it inverts to white Self Diagnosis is OK. |

turned ON/OFF via the PLC ladder. |
