 Frequently asked Questions
 Recovering from a ProWORX and QuickDesigner conflict
   
Problem: After installing ProWORX, QuickDesigner will no longer load. Here is what needs to be done for both packages to be registered and working.
   
1. Backup your project files.
2. Uninstall QuickDesigner.
3. Delete the c:\quick directory.
4. Delete the "hidden file" wintay.dat. It is in the root directory (c:\)
5. Reinstall Digital QuickDesigner.
6. Call or email Pro-face America Technical Support to get Digital QuickDesigner re-authorized.
7. Call GE to get ProWORX re-authorized.
