I can not open the screen.

Error Description

*	The screen can not be opened.

Check

*	Has the screen creation software, GP-Pro EX started?
	Software has not started -> Go to Solution 1.
	Only software has started -> Go to Solution 2.
	Not only software but also the project file have started -> Go to Solution 3.

Solution

Solution 1

Start up GP-Pro EX from the start menu on the Windows desktop.

Software started ->	Go to Solution 2.
Software does not start ->	Uninstall GP-Pro EX that has been installed once, and install it again.

Solution 2

Open the screen data (the project file) that you would like to open.

The project file opened ->	Go to Solution 3.
The file does not open ->	Please contact our sales office in your country or region after checking the displayed error message and confirm whether or not another PRX file can be opened. Click here to find your local support center.

Solution 3

Can all screens be opened?

All screens can not open->	Please contact our sales office in your country or region after checking whether or not the error messages of each screen are same. Click here to find your local support center.
Some screens can not opened ->	Go to Solution 4.
