When the touch position and the response
position differ in the AGP3000, recalibrate the unit and then test the touchscreen's performance. |

| Calibration procedure |

Enter the AGP's OFFLINE mode. |
| 2. |
Select [Maintenance menu]. |
| 3. |
Select [Calibrate Touch Panel]. |
| 4. |
Move to the Calibration screen and touch the [+] marks as directed. |

After the calibration is finished, test the touch panel. |

| Touch Panel Testing Procedure |
| 1. |
Enter the AGP's OFFLINE mode. |
| 2. |
Select [Maintenance menu]. |
| 3. |
Select [Check Touch Panel]. |
| 4. |
Touch several areas of the screen. Each touch should light up a pixel
area under the touch. |

After recalibrating the unit, if the touch position and
the response position differ according to the
Check Touch Panel test, the hardware is probably damaged. To repair your unit, please contact our
repair department.
