Important notice to customers who use GP-Pro EX Ver. 2.7
Thank you very much for your continuous use of Pro-face products. We have confirmed that the following symptoms occur in GP-Pro EX Ver. 2.7.
The symptom and corrective means for this problem are indicated below. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
Symptom 1
Hang-up or system error might occur to GP when used in the following conditions.
When the user function is used in any of the script features in the user-created screen in the following operations:
- Screen Change is executed frequently.
- GP is used for long hours continuously. (e.g. 24-hour operation)

Symptom 2
Although you make a choice of a storage frequency for the alarm history, the setting of one minute is automatically set.
There is no problem found in other functions or performance.
