We have confirmed the following symptom on PS5000 Series Slim type, PS-5711W / PS-5811W, with HDMI on Windows® 10.
The symptom and corrective actions for this problem are indicated below.

The following symptom appears on the target product below.
OS: Windows® 10 IoT Enterprise 2016 LTSB (64bit)
Operation: In the case that a monitor with an HDMI port is connected during boot up.
"Blue screen" appears at boot up. The system cannot boot up.
After the system is booted up without HDMI, it will be no problem even if you used HDMI after that.
