Important notice to our valued customers who use the Global Function setting for functions Keys in GP3000H Series or WinGP with GP-Pro EX V2.2x or V2.5x

In keeping with our high quality standards Pro-face wants to notify its customers of the following :

When transferring project files from the applicable products below with GP-Pro EX screen editor and are using the Global Function Settings for function keys you may receive the error message: "The Data Could Not Be Read". If you save the project after you see this message you will lose the Global Function Settings. Do not send the project back to the unit to avoid corruption. Otherwise, this has no impact on the operation of the product that the data has been received from.

If the error message appears on the screen of GP-Pro EX, please be sure to delete the received data without saving it.
If you would like to modify the project data, please use the data originally made on a PC and sent to the product. Then, transfer the changed data to the product by the following settings:

Transfer settings:

Transfer project: All

Transfer system: Forced
