Important software update for users of AGP3200 and AST3x01 Series with GP-Pro EX V2.50

In keeping with our high quality standards Pro-face wants to notify its customers of the following :

In rare cases the touch input on the Pro-face AGP3200 and AST3x01 may stop responding when OS Version 3.2.2 (Part of GP-Pro EX V2.50) is downloaded to the panel. Resetting the unit will resolve the issue. A software patch for GP-Pro EX V2.50 is now available for customers using the hardware and software combination outlined below.
