- Communication method with a touch panel is either USB or serial communication. Please refer to Table 1 for the factory default setting of each model.
When using the GP3000 with a VM unit installed on, the USB communication is not supported.
- The following symptoms will occur when the mouse emulation software is used by the serial cable connection of GP3000 + Option unit (VM unit and DVI unit) and FP2000 series.
- Touch operation does not operate.
- Select and activate "START" -> [Program (P)] -> [UPDD] -> [Control setting].
See [Status] tab, [Init State] is "Time Out".
In this case, it will operate by removing "Initialize" check item in [Advanced] tab. |
How to Install (This file is self-extracting.)
- Click on the link “UPDD_30846P.EXE” in the box above to download the file to the desired folder.
- After the download is finished, double-click on the “UPDD_30846P.EXE” file to decompress it.
- Double click “Setup.exe” in the folder created after decompression for installation.
- In installing, [Selecting the controller] is displayed for setting communication method with touch panel.
When the method is serial communicaiton, choose “Digital, TSC-1310D Series Serial”, and “Digital, TSC-1310D Series USB” for USB.
Please refer to Table 1 for communication method for touch panel of each model.
