The USB driver runs as the virtual COM port.
Confirm that "GP3000-RGB20x" is added to "Port (COM and LPT)" of Device Manager.
When installing the mouse emulation software, select the port number for which "GP3000-RGB20x" is allocated. |
Installation (This file is self-extracting.)
- Click on the link "RGBVCP_540.exe" in the box above to download the file to the desired folder.
- After the download is finished, double-click on the "RGBVCP_540.exe" file to decompress it.
- Installer starts up automatically. Follow the steps instructed by the installer.
* If the installer does not start up normally, double-click "ProgramFiles\Pro-face\RGBVCP_540\DriverInstaller.exe" for install.
- After the install is finished, connect your PC with the RGB Input Unit, using the USB cable. The aforementioned driver is automatically set up.
* In some environments, a message as shown below may be displayed. Even if the message is displayed, there are no problems and please continue the install.
- "Digital signature not found" (Windows® 2000)
- "...has not passed Windows Logo testing to verify its compatibility with Windows XP." (Windows® XP)
- "Windows can't verify the publisher of this driver software" (Windows® Vista)

Communication method with the touch panel is RS-232C only.
Before using this software, disable the system standby setting.
If the standby setting is cancelled under the condition that PC’s system standby setting is enabled, the USB driver of the mouse emulation software does not recognize the status and, as a result, the mouse emulation function does not work normally. |
Installation (This file is self-extracting.)
- Click on the link "RGB2CH_40106R.exe" in the box above to download the file to the desired folder.
- After the download is finished, double-click on the "RGB2CH_40106R.exe" file to decompress it.
- Double click "Setup.exe" in the folder created after decompression for installation.
- In installing, [Selecting the controller] is displayed for setting communication method with touch panel.
For communication between the touch panel and PC, select "Digital, TSC-1310D Series Serial".
* When "Digital, TSC-1310D Series USB" is selected, the software does not work normally.
