Updated Contents Ver. 1.15.08 (May. 25, 2009)
The following settings were added:
  • Support for ASCII / Chinese(Traditional) / Chinese(Simplified) / Korean fonts in Displaying a Character String Command(ESC T).
  • Support for 16 hosts in TCP communication.
  • Supports the connection limitation with Ethernet.
  • Supports the indirect setting for Machine No. with extended mode [1:N ASCII] and [1:N binary] of Serial Communication.
The following issues were corrected:
  • When using demand polling with TCP communication, the display disconnects the TCP communication though time-out. Time for demand polling does not pass.
  • When not communicating during TCP communication for more than one minute, TCP connection succeeds. The display won't send the Interrupt Output on this occasion.

Installation (This file is self-extracting.)

  1. Please confirm that the supported software is installed in your computer. Prior to installing the driver, close all your personal computer applications, including any resident programs such as virus detection program, etc.
  2. Click on the above file name to download the data to desired folder.
  3. After the download to your PC is finished, double-click on the file's icon to start the installer program.
  4. After the installer starts, follow the instructions given on each screen.
  5. After installation, execute GP-Pro EX.
  6. After installation, click on the Device/PLC area's [Digital Electronics Corporation] selection and select [Memory Link].

The following settings were added:

The following setting was added:

    * Ver 2.10.000 or later version of GP-Pro EX are necessary to use Banner Message.

The following settings were added:
  • Drawing command.
  • Device Monitor.
    * Ver 2.00.000 or later version of GP-Pro EX are necessary to use a Device Monitor.

[Ver. 1.10.04] (Mar. 26, 2007)

The following issue was corrected:
  • When a host keeps sending a command without waiting for the AGP response under the specific settings (Expansion mode 1:1 binary and 1:N binary), a format error (Error code: FC) occurs.

[Ver. 1.10.03] (Nov. 20, 2006)

The following issue was corrected:
  • When the expansion mode 1:1 ASCII and 1:1 binary is specified, the interrupt output data from GP is different from the one from GP2000.
